Note:
This external GPU dock does not support Mac computers.
This external GPU may have compatibility issues with Minisforum machines, including the GPD G1.
It supports ASUS ROG handheld devices from the second generation onwards. Computers with CPUs prior to the 7840U series may have compatibility issues; it is fully compatible with CPUs from the 7840U series and later, such as the 8840, and so on.
Please note that under power-on conditions, do not hot-plug or unplug the OCulink cable, as there is a risk of damaging the computer.
Caveats:
1) The Oculink interface does not support hot-swapping, so be sure to turn off the power when plugging or unplugging cables!
(2) The Oculink port has a “fixed lock” design, when unplugging the OCULINK port, you need to press the switch to unlock it.
3）The built-in power supply is for Dock use only, please do not use it for other purposes.
4）Hot plugging and unplugging is only available for TGX devices.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
